Pengaruh Dukungan Orangtua, Bimbingan Guru, dan Keterlibatan Orang Dewasa terhadap Perencanaan Karier pada Siswa SMA

This study investigates the impact of parental support, teacher guidance, and adult involvement on high school students' career planning. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students in a Surakarta senior high school. The research employs descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis to assess the relationships between parental support, teacher guidance, adult involvement, and career planning. The results indicate positive influences of parental support, teacher guidance, and adult involvement on high school students' career planning. The findings highlight the importance of parental involvement, the role of guidance counselors, and external adult engagement in strengthening effective career planning initiatives in high schools. Implications for educational institutions and suggestions for further research are discussed to enhance the understanding of factors affecting career planning among high school students.
