DETERMINASI: Jurnal Penelitian Ekonomi Manajemen dan Akuntansi upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures to ensure the integrity of the academic record. We adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The following responsibilities apply to authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher:

Responsibilities of Authors:

  • Authors must submit original and unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere.

  • All sources must be properly cited, and plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.

  • Data must be presented honestly and without manipulation or fabrication.

  • Any potential conflicts of interest (financial or otherwise) must be clearly disclosed.

  • All individuals who have made significant contributions to the research should be listed as co-authors.

Responsibilities of Editors:

  • Editors are responsible for making fair and unbiased decisions regarding submitted manuscripts based solely on academic merit.

  • Confidentiality of all submissions must be maintained throughout the review process.

  • Editors must take appropriate action when ethical complaints or allegations of misconduct are reported.

  • Editors should not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for their own research without the author's explicit consent.

Responsibilities of Reviewers:

  • Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and constructively.

  • They must maintain confidentiality and avoid personal criticism of the authors.

  • Reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest and decline to review manuscripts where such conflicts exist.

  • Reviewers should alert editors to any suspected plagiarism or ethical concerns in the manuscript.

Misconduct and Retraction Policy:

The journal reserves the right to retract published articles if clear evidence of misconduct is found, including plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, or ethical breaches. All allegations of unethical behavior will be investigated thoroughly and addressed in accordance with COPE guidelines.
